New 2022 Fall incoming students cannot turn in paperwork (VA COE and Cal Vet College Fee Waiver) proving their benefits for Fall 2022 until July 2022 when they become fully matriculated students. Until then, students are conditional admits.
Approved Cal Vet Fee Waivers must be turned in via the secure form by August 15 to ensure that they are credited to your account before the past due date.
VA Certificate of Eligibility and Request for Certification of classes must be turned through the Veterans Benefit Module in the Student Portal by August 15 to ensure that they are processed and credited to your account before the past due date.
Veterans - submit your DD-214 using the tab above to get Priority Registration. Requests for Priority Registration must happen 2 months before the date of registration.
When to Pay
Registration-Tuition Fees are posted on a quarterly basis. The system-wide "Fee Past Due Date" shows for ALL students (regardless of Financial Aid status) in the "Unpaid Charges" sub-tab of Money Matters as well as "Activity Details" in the payment portal or "Charges by Due Date" in Share My Information reports. Use the tables below (click to open) for system-wide due dates for each quarter.
