Virtual Center Registration

Log into the Virtual Center during open office hours for both drop-in questions and scheduled appointments.

The Virtual Center is available 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays and school breaks) during the Fall and Winter terms. 

Summer 2026: due to staff shortages and mandatory training during the summer break, the Virtual Center is open 10 am to 3pm. Please feel free to email our team at: military@calpoly.edu
