In-State Tuition Waiver Request (VACAA)

Please fill out the following form if you are an out-of-state student who is eligible for in-state tuition based on your VA educational benefit eligibility.

THIS IS NOT THE SUBMISSION FOR A CAL VET COLLEGE FEE WAIVER (CVCFW). You can find more information about the CVCFW here.

Students must have at least one address field as a California address listed in their personal information in their Cal Poly student portal. This can be your dorm or home address. Do not submit this form without having completed this step fully.
Students are eligible for a VACAA waiver if they are found to be eligible for a VA educational benefit. Please upload a copy of the front page only, of a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) in the student's name.
Files must be less than 4 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png pdf doc docx.
